Please take a few minutes to watch our brief video entitled “Through a Child’s Eyes.” And if you like it, please take a minute to share it. Even small contributions can make a dramatic difference in providing quality education, food, medical supplies, and job skills, to save lives and build a better tomorrow. Together we can fight poverty one heart, one child, and one community at a time. Every donation provides basic services to those who need it the most… the under-educated poverty stricken people in Africa’s most distressed countries.

In response to the growing number of orphans in Uganda, Ray and Mary Christopher founded Humanitarian Hands Charities (formerly Humanitarian Hands Foundation) in 2006 to provide healthcare, quality education, literacy, and job skills training empowering the impoverished families in Africa and the vulnerable refugees and immigrants in the Dallas Metroplex.
Humanitarian Hands Charities (HHCharities) impacts orphaned African children by focusing on academic achievement to promote future success for them in the job market. As successful employees and entrepreneurs they can encourage the next generation towards academic and professional achievement as well as personal economic sustainability.
Providing healthcare to reduce deaths because of treatable ailments like Malaria, HIV/AIDS, diarrhea, and malnutrition encourages the communities of orphans, widows and the elderly of Uganda. In an effort to positively change lives Humanitarian Hands Charities, with the financial support of two generous donors, has built The John H. and Marie Parrish Medical Clinic for the orphans and their community of Fort Portal Uganda encouraging healthy living and decreasing death rates due to treatable ailments provides a self-sustained future.
The Cultural Life Skill Center Inclusion Program will offer various literacy organizations and interested parties an opportunity to be a part of our objectives with an end result of enhancing the integration process for the Refugees and Immigrants. They will begin to be a positive asset to their community and in their workplace.
Whether it is the disadvantaged of Africa or the displaced refugees and immigrants in the United States, HHCharities strives to impress upon them that they are not alone. Caring hearts who partner with us provide a hopeful, sustainable vision for future successes.
